A Type Matrix II premium high-speed steel is used for the toothed area of the holesaw, which is laser-welded onto a high alloy steel body – this bi-metal construction ensures exceptional strength, durability and performance.
The 3.5 TPI tooth design includes a positive 10° angle to deliver a faster and more aggressive cut, as well as improved heat dispersion during cutting that helps keep the teeth sharper for longer.
The holesaws can be used to cut steel up to 1000 N/mm² strength , stainless steel and acid-resistant steel, non-ferrous metals, cast iron, aluminium, wood, MDF, gypsum plasterboard, sandwich materials or PVC.
